ALL MEDIA:
Sample work may be requested by the Agria Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials Media Team when considering application forms.
Media accreditation applications does not guarantee accreditation. Applications must be submitted by Friday 28 August 2026.
Access is prohibited to the stables unless prior approval from the Media Team has been granted.
Accreditation numbers are limited, and all applications will be decided by the Media Team.
Any member of the media in breach of these conditions will have their accreditation cancelled, be asked to leave the grounds and will not be accredited in future.
Use of drones is forbidden at all times unless with prior approval from the media team and organisers.
Your details will be added to the event media mailing list and Whats App broadcast group that will be set up during the event week. If you do not wish to be added to these, please contact the media team.
The applicant must be part of the editorial team, or on an assignment for a specific publication, broadcast media, news service, brand or organisation attending to specifically cover the event.
It is recommended that all attending media register with British Eventing – please follow this link to do this.
Touting for business during the event itself strictly prohibited.
PHOTOGRAPHERS
Bibs (giving access onto the field of play) will be issued for the event to photographers accredited and must be worn at all times when working.
All accredited photographers must comply with the requests and instructions of the event organisers, Press Officer and stewards.
All photographers must have Public Liability insurance and by accepting these conditions indemnify the owners and managers of Blenheim Palace against all costs claims and other expenses that they may incur from any third party. Evidence of such insurance must be available and produced on request during the Event.
CONTENT CREATORS
A content creator is a member of the media who is working for riders or commercial clients for a fee to produce video content.
Any footage that is used by the content creator on their own channels should tag the relevant social handles for the Agria Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials @blenheimhorse on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn

FILMING RESTRICTIONS
Please note, to protect commercial agreements in place we respectively ask that members of the media do not publish, post or live stream any video footage of the whole showjumping round or more than 45 seconds of any singular round.
Also we request that anyone using field of play content should tag Horse & Country as the livestream provider in their post please horseandcountry.tv
EVENTER CHALLENGE
There are no filming restrictions for these classes.
